I would give WriteSonic zero stars if I could. This so-called 'writing assistant' has caused nothing but headaches for me. Not only have I experienced significant word loss while using it, but the cost has also risen dramatically. To top it off, the copy generated by WriteSonic is the worst I have ever seen. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this terrible product.

I am a paid user of Writesonic, it's not a crazy tool, I don't really see the value for now. Let's hope they improve it.

A very capable AI writer that has a myriad of modules, and is multilingual too! However what impressed me the most is their customer support, they respond almost instantly even on public holidays. Sincerely impressed! 10/10

Unfortunately I paid for it (long-form, yearly plan, 75 000 word). HD Image download does not work. Customer service does not respond after 2 useless advice (like "delete cookies"). They promised "priority support", but it rather means no support at all.

Writersonic is a scam! Don't use them! They just removed the new updates from all LTD users- I recommend not using their services.

This company sold Lifetime deals when they started out and now they have switched my lifetime deal subscription bought through dealify into a free trial account making it impossible to use professionally. Their support even claims my account doesn't exist in their database.

They say I should "upgrade" to a paid plan if I want to access new features. Ridiculous.

Out of all the AI writer platforms I tried, this seems to be the most accurate and quality content produced. I would definitely recommend for anyone liking to write blog post and also some instagram creative posts.

I would give this platform zero stars if I could. After taking my money for a service that wasn't provided (my words weren't renewed for the two months I paid for and I could no longer login via Google), the customer service agent ignored my query and then responded in a condescending manner when I followed up.

I then cancelled my account, expecting this to stop my account from renewing, and Writesonic then removed ALL of my words - leaving me with a useless account and - still - none of the words I'd paid for.

Avoid this company - there are far better AI writers out there. I wish I would have seen the bad ratings here first!

Their service is so good. I am using this from long ago. It is very helpful and easy to use. If anyone want to use content ai then writesonic is the best option. I like it and i can recommend every person.

They discarded the appsumo customers after they upgraded or got more seed funding. Our accounts have been downgraded and we are no longer obtaining our monthly limits. Very unprofessional, and they need to fix this within their system rather than having us do their work for them

It is stupid that you lose your words every month. So you I will give an example.
Month 1: 1000 words you use 500 so the next month you should have 1500 words. But no this is not the case. They just refresh your words and you start in month 2 again with 1000 words. This actually feels like stealing. I paid for 1000 words why would you take it away in the next month. If I have a prepaid phone and I upgrade with €10 every month it doesn't mean that I lose the previous money that is still on the account
